Due to the nature of our products (personal care and hygiene), we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped and delivered.
Damages or Lost Packages
• We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly. For damaged items, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, along your order number. We will review the case and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed and processed.
