Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of our skincare products and for health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed or delivered. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and integrity of our products.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or appropriate resolution. Refunds will not be issued.
